Small Group Personal Training

At Studio Soma, we believe all women should have access to individualised coaching, so we've developed a cost-effective alternative to personal training in London with all the benefits of strength training and more.
​
Our SGPT programme provides the best of both worlds: the personalised attention of a private training session with the camaraderie of a group fitness class - perfect if you’re looking for a gym in Bermondsey that’s supportive and women-focused.
What's involved:

Two to four 60-minute in-person strength workouts per week. Each day of the week will have a specific area of focus (e.g. Monday - Quads & Shoulders, Tuesday - Hamstrings & Back). Those on the two per week programme will have different workouts from those on the three or four programme to ensure you are hitting all body parts

Periodised strength training programmes (available in four or 12-week packages)

Your very own lifting log book to record and track your weekly progress and results

Nutritional guidance for performance and physique goals - upon request

Gym socials, seminars and more.
