How we store your personal information 

We take appropriate steps to ensure your personal information is securely stored. We keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes of which it is being used.

Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We do not sell your personal information to others.  We share your information with our software service provider, MindBodyOnline who processes card payments and bookings for us.  We also share your details with our accountancy software, FreshBooks, which enables us to create invoices for you and track payments against our bank.  Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, and contractors, e.g. instructors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.
