Studio Soma is committed to the health and safety of all our members. Accordingly, we have created the following health and safety guidelines.

You must speak to a member of staff on your first visit if you have a medical condition that may put you at risk. It is your responsibility to seek medical advice before engaging in physical activity at the studio as our staff are not medically qualified.

You must complete a liability waiver before entrance and/or commencement of any session within the studio.

Should you start to feel unwell during a session you must speak to a member of staff as soon as possible.

To protect the health and safety of our members and staff we ask that do not come into the studio if you are feeling unwell.

The studio will take appropriate measures to ensure equipment is cleaned to keep you safe.

We shall endeavour to ensure that we have staff on duty who are First Aid trained.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure our team has the relevant Fitness industry qualifications.

We reserve the right to ask you not to exercise beyond your capability.

Any accident or injury which is reported to our team members will be documented, adhering to our Health and Safety policy.

In the event of an emergency please use the emergency exits provided and move to the allocated assembly point.
