Pre-Natal Fitness:

Continue to nurture your strength and well-being throughout your pregnancy. With medical clearance from your doctor, expectant mothers are welcome to join our regular Pilates, Barre and Strength classes. Our qualified instructors are skilled in providing modifications and guidance to ensure you can exercise safely and comfortably as your body changes. Stay active, maintain core strength, and prepare your body for labour and beyond.

Post-Natal Fitness:

Welcome to motherhood! As you navigate this new chapter, Studio Soma offers dedicated classes to help you rebuild strength, aid your recovery, and connect with other new mums.  

  • Prams & Pilates: Gently re-engage your core and pelvic floor muscles in a safe and supportive environment. These classes allow you to bond with your baby while focusing on your physical recovery.  

  • Dummies & Dumbbells: Gradually rebuild overall strength and stamina with resistance exercises tailored for the postnatal body. Our instructors will guide you through movements that are safe and effective for regaining your fitness levels.

Whether you’re seeking prenatal Pilates to stay active and mobile or postnatal Pilates to regain strength and stability, Studio Soma provides a welcoming space for all women. Our Bermondsey-based studio near London Bridge includes Prams & Pilates classes, Dummies & Dumbbells strength workouts and small group personal training - you can also bring along your baby, so need to arrange childcare!
